At Cue-King, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your item(s), you may return them for free within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process
Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Service team at info@cueking.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, you can send item back to the return address provided.
Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging.
Shipping: We will send you a tracked return label. You will then drop the package off at your nearest drop off location.
Refunds
