Cue-King 14-Day Return Policy

At Cue-King, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item(s) for any reason, you may return them within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received.

All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Free returns are available for customers within the United Kingdom only. Buyers returning items from outside the UK must pay for their own return postage and any associated duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Items marked as final sale

How to Return an Item

To start a return, contact our Customer Service team at support@cue-king.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide a return address and return instructions.

Please securely package the item in its original packaging and send it back using a tracked service.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Shipping Issues

Cue-King is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service when returning items.
