Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
All physical products except pool tables include free next working day UK mainland delivery when ordered before 11am on a working day. Orders placed after 11am, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. Pool tables are made to order and delivered in 8–16 weeks. Delivery times and charges for other destinations vary; please check our shipping policy.
What is your return policy?
Cue-King 30-Day Return Policy
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Personalised or custom-made items, gift cards and final-sale items are excluded.
Customers are responsible for return postage. Please use a tracked and insured service. To start a return, email support@cue-king.com with your order number.
The Cue-King Pro Series 001 is a handmade 3/4-jointed snooker and pool cue for players who want traditional wood construction, a distinctive blue finish and a complete carrying set. Made from ash and maple with brass fittings, the 57-inch cue weighs 19oz and uses a 9.5mm tip.
