How long will it take to get my orders?
In-stock cues and accessories usually arrive in 1–2 working days. Pre-orders arrive in 5–14 days. Pool tables are made to order and usually arrive in 8–16 weeks. Delivery details are provided in your confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
Cue-King 30-Day Return Policy
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Personalised or custom-made items, gift cards and final-sale items are excluded.
Customers are responsible for return postage. Please use a tracked and insured service. To start a return, email support@cue-king.com with your order number.
