Cue-King Shipping Policy
At Cue-King, we aim to deliver every order promptly and securely.
UK mainland delivery
- All products except pool tables: Free next working day UK mainland delivery when ordered before 11am on a working day.
- Pool tables: Free delivery and installation in 8–16 weeks. Pool tables are made to order, so the exact date will be arranged with you.
Processing and tracking
- Orders placed before 11am on a working day are dispatched that day for next working day UK mainland delivery (excluding pool tables). Orders placed after 11am, on weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
- When your order is dispatched, we will email your tracking details where tracking is available.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@cue-king.com. We may be unable to change the address after dispatch.
Returns
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full conditions, including exclusions for personalised or made-to-order items.
