UK Shipping:

Shipping Details:

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
We are unable to ship to international destinations at this time.

Shipping Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. If there is an error in the shipping address provided, please contact us immediately at info@cue-king.com. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Shipping Delays:

Lost or Damaged Items:

Cue-King is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at info@cue-king.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
