Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
Cue-King 14-Day Paid Return Policy
At Cue-King, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your item(s), you may return them for free within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
Gift cards
Personalised or custom-made items
Items marked as final sale
Return Process
Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Service team at info@cueking.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, you can send item back to the return address provided.
Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging.
Shipping: We will send you a tracked return label. You will then drop the package off at your nearest drop off location.
Refunds
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@cueking.com. Provide details and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, for defective items.
